How to Get to Sagay
Sagay is typically reached by road from Bacolod (via BCD airport and Ceres buses). There are no rail options-buses, jeepneys and tricycles are the standard local transport methods.
Bacolod-Silay Airport (BCD): The usual air gateway for Sagay (Negros Occidental) is Bacolod-Silay Airport. From BCD, travel to Bacolod city by taxi or shuttle (≈20-30 minutes, PHP 300-PHP 600) then catch an intercity bus bound for northern Negros; the onward journey to Sagay typically takes 2-3 hours depending on route and stops.
Other islands/airports: Some travellers arrive through Iloilo or apply mixed ferry/land routes to reach northern Negros-connections vary by season and operator.
Train: There is no passenger rail service on Negros island.
