Rajamangala Stadium is Thailand’s principal national stadium located in the Hua Mak area of Bangkok, opened in the late 1990s and used as the country’s main venue for large sporting events. It is the largest stadium in Thailand and serves as the national football stadium.

The venue contains a full-size athletics track and a large seated bowl that accommodates roughly 50,000 spectators, making it suitable for international football matches, athletics meets and large-scale concerts. It has hosted domestic cup finals and national team fixtures as well as music events drawing tens of thousands of attendees.

The stadium was built by the Sports Authority of Thailand and opened to serve Thailand’s growing need for a modern national sports venue in the late 1990s. Since opening it has undergone maintenance and upgrades to meet international event standards.

The stadium sits in Bangkok’s Bang Kapi district, near Ramkhamhaeng Road and Ramkhamhaeng University. It is within the urban area of Bangkok and easily reached from central districts by road and public transport.
