District 4 is part of central Ho Chi Minh City and is easiest reached from Tan Son Nhat Airport by taxi or ride‑hail. Within the district and to neighbouring central districts, motorbike taxis and Grab are often the fastest option; buses are the cheapest.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN): District 4 is a short drive from Tan Son Nhat. By taxi or ride‑hail (Grab) the trip to District 4 (central parts near Ben Nghe / Ben Thanh) normally takes 20-40 minutes depending on traffic; expect fares around 150,000-250,000 VND for a metered taxi, or similar for a car ride‑hail.

Can Tho / regional airports: For domestic arrivals you may also fly into Can Tho (VCA) or other regional airports, but those require long road transfers into Ho Chi Minh City and are not practical for reaching District 4 directly.

By Train & Bus
