Pho Thong is in Ang Thong province and is most conveniently reached from Bangkok by road. Trains to nearby Ayutthaya plus a short road transfer or direct intercity buses to Ang Thong are common itineraries.
Bangkok (BKK/DMK): Ang Thong province has no major commercial airport; reach Pho Thong by flying into Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang) and continuing by road. Travel time from Bangkok to Pho Thong is generally 1.5-3 hours depending on traffic and exact start point in Bangkok.
