About Peradayan Forest Reserve

Peradayan Forest Reserve is a protected forest area in Brunei’s Temburong District preserving lowland tropical rainforest on a local ridge system. It is managed for conservation and recreation with established trails.

The area has been managed as a local forest reserve to protect watershed values and preserve remaining tracts of natural forest in Temburong; trails and basic visitor facilities were added to promote low-impact recreation and environmental education.

The reserve lies inland in Brunei’s Temburong District, a largely forested and less-developed part of the country separated from the Brunei-Muara mainland by Malaysian territory.
