How to Get to Nea Moudania#
Nea Moudania on the Kassandra peninsula is most easily reached from Thessaloniki by car or KTEL coach. There is no rail service directly to the town, so use buses or drive from Thessaloniki.
Thessaloniki Airport ‘Macedonia’ (SKG): The main international airport for the area, about 50-60 km from Nea Moudania (roughly 45-60 minutes by car depending on traffic). From SKG you can rent a car or take a bus toward Nea Moudania via Thessaloniki’s KTEL bus station.
Skiathos / Volos (regional): Volos/Nea Anchialos has more limited services; most international visitors use Thessaloniki and continue by road or coach to Nea Moudania.
Train: There is no direct rail link to Nea Moudania; the nearest main rail hub is Thessaloniki. From Thessaloniki, use KTEL bus services or car rental to reach Nea Moudania.
