Naranjito in central Puerto Rico is usually reached from San Juan by car; there is no intercity rail for the route and public buses are limited for direct connections. Driving gives the most flexibility to reach mountain towns and local attractions.

By Air

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, San Juan (SJU): San Juan’s airport is the main international gateway for Puerto Rico; from SJU to Naranjito the drive is about 40-60 minutes (roughly 35-50 km) depending on traffic. Car rental and taxis are available at the airport; renting a car is practical for visiting interior towns like Naranjito.

Mercedita Airport, Ponce (PSE): Ponce is another option for southern approaches but is farther from Naranjito than San Juan and typically less convenient for this destination.

By Train & Bus
