How to Get to Naju
Naju is a small city in South Jeolla Province best reached via Gwangju (Gwangju Airport or Gwangju Songjeong Station) with short onward road or rail connections. KTX to Gwangju followed by regional services is the quickest rail route from Seoul.
Gwangju Airport (KWJ): Gwangju Airport is the closest airport to Naju (about 20-30 minutes by road). From KWJ you can take a taxi (~KRW 20,000-30,000, 20-30 minutes) or an intercity bus to reach Naju.
Gimhae (PUS) / Incheon (ICN): For international flights, most visitors arrive at Incheon or Busan; from there take KTX or domestic flights to Gwangju and onward road links to Naju.
Train: Naju is served by Jeolla regional rail lines; the nearest major KTX stop is Gwangju Songjeong Station (GwangjuSongjeong), from which KTX or regional trains connect. Travel time from Gwangju Songjeong to Naju by regional train or bus is around 20-40 minutes; KTX from Seoul to Gwangju Songjeong is about 2.5-3 hours.
