How to Get to Mizumoto Park
Take the JR Jōban Line to Mizumoto-kōen Station (水元公園駅); the park’s main entrances are a short walk from the station (about 5-10 minutes on foot). By car, the park is in the Katsushika/Edogawa area of Tokyo and is reached via local roads off the Tokyo metropolitan arterial network; there is on-site parking near the park entrances.

- Aim for early morning on weekdays, especially during late March-early April cherry blossom peak, to enjoy the lawns and ponds with far fewer people than weekend afternoons.
