Blaise Diagne International Airport (DSS): Dakar’s Blaise Diagne (DSS) is the main international airport for Senegal. To reach Meckhe (in Thiès region) you typically transfer to road transport in Dakar or Thiès and continue by bus or taxi; the overland journey from Dakar to Thiès takes about 1-1.5 hours, and on to Meckhe is shorter.

Dakar-Yoff (DKR) / Léopold Sédar Senghor (closed): Léopold Sédar Senghor Airport has ceased regular commercial flights; Blaise Diagne is now the primary international terminal.

By Train & Bus
