Marghera is on the Venetian mainland next to Mestre and is served via Venice Marco Polo airport (VCE) and Venezia Mestre rail station. Rail and coach connections to Mestre make it easy to reach Marghera; local buses, trams and taxis handle last-mile travel.

From VCE you can take the ATVO airport coach to Venezia Mestre (around 20-30 minutes) or a taxi directly to Marghera in roughly 20-30 minutes; ATVO coach fares are around €8-€10 and taxi fares to Marghera typically range higher depending on exact drop-off.
