How to Get to Kowloon Bay
Kowloon Bay is a well-connected urban area in eastern Kowloon. Use Hong Kong International Airport with the Airport Express + MTR or a direct taxi into Kowloon Bay; the MTR Kwun Tong Line serves Kowloon Bay Station directly.
Hong Kong International Airport (HKG): The main international gateway. From the airport take the Airport Express to Kowloon Station (about 24 minutes) and then transfer by MTR (or a short taxi) to Kowloon Bay; Airport Express single adult fares to Kowloon Station are available at the airport (check MTR for current fares).
Heliport / seaplanes: For specialised or private transfers there are helicopter and charter options but nearly all visitors use the airport and MTR/taxi network to reach Kowloon Bay.
Train / MTR: Kowloon Bay is served directly by Kowloon Bay Station on the Kwun Tong Line (MTR). From Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Island transfer by MTR - journey times within urban Kowloon are typically 10-20 minutes depending on connection.
