How to Get to Kostrena
Kostrena is a coastal municipality just east of Rijeka and is quickest reached via Rijeka Airport (RJK) or Rijeka rail station with a short onward bus or taxi. Local buses and taxis make the short trip from Rijeka straightforward, while Zagreb or Pula airports are options when flight schedules require it.
Rijeka Airport (RJK): Rijeka/Krk (RJK) is the closest airport to Kostrena, about 10-20 minutes by car depending on the terminal and local traffic (≈8-12 km). Taxis and rental cars are readily available at RJK; taxi fares to Kostrena are modest (usually under €30).
