Koro Island

Koro Island is an inhabited volcanic island in Fiji’s Lomaiviti Group, in the Eastern Division of the country. It has traditional Fijian villages, inland ridges and surrounding coral reefs.

The island supports village life and small-scale agriculture and is visited for its reef diving and snorkeling opportunities. Marine environments and reef systems around the island attract visitors for underwater activities.

Koro sits in the central-south Pacific within Fiji’s archipelago of islands, east of the larger island of Viti Levu.
