About Kadavu Island
Kadavu Island is the principal island of the Kadavu Group in Fiji’s Eastern Division, known for its rugged interior and extensive surrounding coral reef. The island and its reef system are important for local communities and marine biodiversity.
Outdoor activities center on diving, snorkelling and boat trips along the Great Astrolabe Reef, a large barrier and fringing reef system that runs off the island’s shores.
