Jindai Botanical Garden is a municipal botanical garden in Chofu, Tokyo, adjacent to the historic Jindaiji temple complex. It was established in the mid-20th century and is managed as a public garden by Tokyo authorities.

The garden contains formal beds, a dedicated rose garden, a conservatory with tropical species, and areas of native and alpine plantings spread across its grounds. Paths, ponds, and seasonal displays provide structured plant collections for horticultural interest and photography.

The garden sits in Chofu, western Tokyo, a short distance from Jindaiji Station on the Keio line, with the adjacent Jindaiji temple within easy walking distance.
