The Hyperion Theater is an indoor performance venue at Disney California Adventure in Anaheim, California. It opened with the park when Disney California Adventure launched in February 2001.
A large, covered auditorium that presents full-length, Broadway-style musical productions and staged shows based on Disney films. The theatre features a wide proscenium stage, extensive lighting and sound systems, and auditorium seating designed for family audiences.
Built by Walt Disney Imagineering as part of the park development, the venue has hosted several long-running Disney productions. It is named after Hyperion Avenue, the location of Walt Disney’s early film studio.
