Grosses Fiescherhorn Mountain

Grosses Fiescherhorn is a major peak in the Bernese Alps, notable for its high elevation and glaciated ridges. It forms part of a multi-summit massif above the Fiescher Glacier and is one of the alpine four-thousanders in Switzerland.

Climbs involve glacier travel and alpine ridge work and are undertaken by mountaineers rather than casual hikers. The mountain provides long alpine routes that connect to neighbouring peaks and high glaciers.
