Best Time to Visit Foumban#
Foumban is best between December and February when the Harmattan brings drier, cooler air and clearer skies. The long rainy season (March-November) makes rural roads slick and humid.

Cooler mornings and lower humidity make walking the town and visiting palatial sites pleasant; dusty Harmattan mornings possible but warm afternoons.
March - May
21-30°C (70-86°F)
Rains begin, humidity rises and afternoons get stormy; good for lush scenery but expect interrupted travel and mosquitoes too often.
June - November
20-29°C (68-84°F)
Heavy, frequent rain; rivers swell, photos are dramatic, but secondary roads can become impassable and outdoor plans often fail completely.
