Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport (NSI): As Cameroon’s main international airport near Yaoundé, Nsimalen is one option if international flights to Bamenda are limited. From Nsimalen you need a long overland transfer to Ndop (roughly 5-7+ hours); shared taxis and intercity buses connect to Bamenda or Ndop via regional roads. Bamenda Airport (BFX) / Bamenda (local airfields): Bamenda’s airport (sometimes served by domestic flights) is the closest air access for Ndop.
