Felidhoo is an inhabited island in Vaavu Atoll (central Maldives) reached by boat from Malé (Velana International Airport). There is no rail transport; transfers are by scheduled public ferry (cheaper, slower) or speedboat/private transfer (faster, pricier).

By Air

Velana International Airport, Malé (MLE): Velana is the Maldives’ main international airport. To reach Felidhoo (Vaavu Atoll) from Malé you can take a scheduled public ferry or arrange a speedboat/private transfer. Public ferries are the cheapest option (see below); a speedboat transfer typically takes about 60-90 minutes and private speedboat fares to Vaavu islands commonly range from about USD 80-150 per person or higher for private charters.

Domestic airports: There is not a direct international airport on Vaavu Atoll. Some visitors use domestic flights to nearby domestic airports and then a boat transfer; availability depends on scheduled domestic routes and your resort or guesthouse’s transfer options. By Train & Bus

Train: There is no train network in the Maldives.
