About Evolution Tower#
Evolution Tower is a high-rise office tower in the Moscow International Business Center (Moscow City) known for its helical, twisting design. Construction completed in the mid-2010s and it functions primarily as office and commercial space.
The tower is a landmark within the Moscow City cluster and is frequently referenced for its spiral silhouette and glazed facade, which make it visually distinctive among neighbouring skyscrapers. It contains multiple floors of offices and retail space and connects to the broader business-district infrastructure.
Built as part of the larger Moscow City development, the tower was developed during the 2000s-2010s boom in Moscow high-rise construction and has been used since completion as modern office accommodation. The project formed part of the urban plan to concentrate business activity along the Presnenskaya Embankment.
The tower stands on the Presnenskaya Embankment on the western side of central Moscow, within the Moscow City mixed-use district and close to the Moskva River and major transport links into central Moscow.
