Estádio Nacional Mané Garrincha is a major multi-use stadium in Brasília, Federal District, Brazil, named in honour of the footballer Garrincha. It serves as a venue for large sporting fixtures, concerts and public events and was a principal stadium for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

The stadium was originally built in the 1970s and was comprehensively rebuilt and modernised between about 2010 and 2013, increasing capacity and upgrading facilities to contemporary international standards. It now seats in the order of seventy thousand spectators and includes VIP boxes and modern media facilities.

Since its reopening it has hosted international football matches, national cup fixtures and large cultural events, functioning as one of Brasília’s principal large-venue sites.

Geographically the stadium sits near the Eixo Monumental in Brasília’s planned city centre and is readily accessible from the city’s road network and public transport links.
