Erg Chigaga is a large dune field in the Moroccan Sahara located in the Drâa-Tafilalet region, known for extensive sand seas and high dunes. It is one of the deeper and more remote ergs in southern Morocco, often visited for desert camping and dune trekking.

How to Get to Erg Chigaga
Access is usually from M’Hamid or Agdz by 4x4; local guides and tour operators offer single- and multi-day excursions. The last stretch to the dunes is over non-paved tracks and requires a suitable vehicle.
