Douro International Natural Park is a protected area in northeastern Portugal that safeguards the steep gorge of the Douro River where it forms the international border with Spain. Access by car is the easiest: the park spans the Portugal-Spain border in northeastern Portugal. Nearest larger towns include Miranda do Douro and Bragança. Regional roads (N2, IP2) and local routes provide access to viewpoints and trailheads; public transport is limited.
