How to Get to Dhiban, Jordan

Dhiban (in Madaba Governorate) is reached overland from Amman. Fly into Queen Alia International Airport (AMM), then continue by bus or taxi to Madaba and a local transfer to Dhiban.

By Air

Queen Alia International Airport (AMM): Amman’s Queen Alia is the main international gateway for Jordan. From AMM you can reach Madaba by taxi or bus; the drive to the Madaba Governorate takes about 45-60 minutes by road with taxi fares typically 20-35 JOD to central Madaba.

King Hussein International (AQJ) / Other regional airports: Aqaba is a distant option if combining a Red Sea visit, but for Dhiban (Madaba Governorate) Amman is the practical arrival airport.

By Train & Bus

Train: Jordan does not have an extensive passenger rail network. Land travel to Dhiban is by road rather than rail.
