How to Get to Devnya
Devnya (Varna Province) sits a short distance inland from Varna and is easiest reached via Varna Airport (VAR) or Varna city by train or bus. Regular local buses and regional trains connect Devnya with Varna and the surrounding area.
Varna Airport (VAR): Varna is the closest airport to Devnya (≈15-25 km). From Varna Airport take bus 409 into Varna city centre (≈1.60 BGN, 20-30 min) then an intercity bus or local bus to Devnya from Varna Central Bus Station (fare ≈2-5 BGN, 20-40 min). Taxis from Varna Airport to Devnya take about 20-30 minutes and cost roughly 20-35 BGN.
Burgas Airport (BOJ): Burgas is much further along the coast and generally not convenient for Devnya unless combining other coastal travel (longer ground travel required).
Train: Devnya is close to Varna and served by local/regional rail services on the Varna corridor; trains and suburban services link the industrial town with Varna and neighbouring stops. Check BDZ for specific timetables and stations.
