How to Get to Depressa
Depressa (in Apulia/Salento) is accessed via Brindisi or Bari airports followed by regional rail or bus to Tricase and a short local transfer. Ferrovie del Sud Est runs the key regional services in this part of Salento.
Brindisi - Salento Airport (BDS): Brindisi is the usual gateway to southern Salento; from Brindisi you can continue by train or bus toward Lecce and then to Tricase/Depressa.
Bari Karol Wojtyła (BRI): Bari is another option, with more international connections; rail or bus from Bari to Lecce and then local services south complete the journey.
Train: Depressa (part of Tricase area) is reached via regional rail to Tricase or nearby stations on the Ferrovie del Sud Est network (trains from Lecce to Tricase typically take around 1-1.5 hours; fares commonly a few euros).

Depressa is a small village in Salento best explored on foot for short trips. A car is the easiest way to reach surrounding beaches and towns; regional buses link Depressa with larger centres like Tricase but runs are limited, especially outside summer.
