Basilica of Santa Croce in Lecce, Apulia, is a major example of regional Baroque architecture noted for an ornate carved-stone façade. The church forms part of Lecce’s historic centre and is widely cited as a highlight of the city’s sculptural Baroque tradition.

The façade is covered with elaborate sculptural detail and decorative elements produced by local stoneworkers; the interior contains chapels and a nave consistent with Roman Catholic liturgical layout.
