Cuciurgan Reservoir is an artificial reservoir on the Kuchurhan/Kuciurgan watercourse at the boundary area between Moldova (the Transnistrian region) and Ukraine. It was created to store water and support local industrial needs.
The reservoir is used for fisheries and local recreation by nearby communities, and it is closely associated with the cooling and water-supply functions of the nearby thermal power infrastructure. It is not primarily a tourist destination.
