Chrysoupoli is easily reached from Kavala by car or regional KTEL bus. For most travellers the quickest option is to fly into Kavala (KVA) and continue by road.
Kavala International Airport ‘Alexander the Great’ (KVA): The closest international airport to Chrysoupoli (around 40-60 km, ~35-60 minutes by car depending on route). From KVA you can rent a car or take a taxi to Chrysoupoli.
Thessaloniki Airport (SKG): A larger hub further away (around 150 km); arrivals here usually continue by car or KTEL coach toward Kavala/Lefkas region and then use local buses to Chrysoupoli.
