Public bus services connect Agno and Lugano centre; from Lugano centre local buses run up to Cadro.
Milan Malpensa (MXP) / Milan Linate (LIN): Larger international flights arrive at Milan airports. From Malpensa you can take the Malpensa Express + regional train to Lugano (via Mendrisio) or direct bus services to Lugano; journey time to Lugano is around 1h15-1h45 depending on route. Expect combined fares roughly CHF/€20-45 for bus + regional train segments; taxis are considerably more expensive.
