How to Get to Bibione
Bibione is a popular Adriatic resort best reached via Venice Marco Polo or Treviso airports, then by train to Latisana and a short bus or taxi to Bibione. In summer there are more frequent direct buses and shuttles; a car gives the most flexibility.
Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE): Marco Polo is the main airport serving Bibione. From Venice you can take a train to Latisana-Lignano (about 1-1.5 hours) then a local bus to Bibione (around 20-30 minutes), or use direct private shuttle services. Taxis and car rental at the airport are also options.
Treviso Airport (TSF): Treviso is smaller but can be convenient for low-cost carriers. From Treviso take a train/bus combination via Mestre/Udine to Latisana-Lignano and then a local bus to Bibione; total travel time is longer than from Marco Polo.
Train: The nearest railway station for Bibione is Latisana-Lignano (Latisana station) on the Venice-Trieste line. Trains from Venice Mestre to Latisana take about 45-70 minutes depending on service; from Latisana you catch a local bus or taxi to Bibione (roughly 20-30 minutes).
Bus: Local buses connect Latisana with Bibione; during summer there are direct bus and shuttle services from Venice and other regional hubs. Bus is the usual public transport link for the final leg into the resort.
