Estadio Atanasio Girardot is a multi-use stadium located in Medellín, Colombia, primarily used for football and large sporting events. It is one of the city’s main stadiums and part of the municipal Atanasio Girardot sports complex.

Atanasio Girardot Stadium is in the Estadio/Laureles area of Medellín. Take the Medellín Metro Line B to Estadio station - the stadium is a very short walk (about 2-5 minutes) from the station; you can also reach Line B by transferring at San Antonio from Line A.

By car from central Medellín (Plaza Botero) it is only a few kilometres away (roughly a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic). Main access roads include Avenida 33 and nearby Avenida 70; several local city bus routes also stop close to the stadium.

• Use the Medellín Metro (Estadio station on Line A) and walk straight from the station to the stadium to avoid the heavy road closures and parking shortages that surround match days.
• Arrive 60-90 minutes before kickoff to clear security lines, collect tickets if needed and find your sector-local derbies and international fixtures often enforce strict home/visitor gate assignments so know which gate your ticket specifies.
• If you want to avoid the loudest, most crowded matches, steer clear of Medellín derbies (Nacional vs. Independiente Medellín) and book tickets well in advance through official club channels when big fixtures are scheduled.
