How to Get to Antón#
Antón (Coclé) is reached by road from Panama City’s airports - Tocumen (international) or Albrook (domestic) - using interprovincial buses or private transfers. Buses from Albrook to Antón are frequent and inexpensive; private transfers save time.
Tocumen International (PTY) and Marcos A. Gelabert (PAC): Panama City’s Tocumen is the main international airport; Marcos A. Gelabert (Albrook) handles domestic and regional flights. From Panama City, Antón (Coclé) is a road journey of roughly 1.5-2 hours. Taxis or private transfers from Albrook or Tocumen cost significantly more than buses but are door-to-door and take about 1.5-2 hours.
Regional air options: There are no commercial airports in Antón itself; arrivals are by road from Panama City or nearby regional towns.
Train: There is no intercity rail service to Antón.
