Why Visit An-Naqoura? #

A small coastal village on Lebanon’s southern shore with a very particular draw: the UNIFIL headquarters and a working fishing harbour that shape local life. Fresh seafood and mezze at harbour-side cafés, plus the daily bustle of fish markets, make the town a spot for coastal cuisine and maritime atmosphere. Close proximity to ruined Phoenician ports and quiet beach stretches gives travelers a chance to pair seaside walks with local culinary traditions.
