In Haifa follow signs to the city centre/German Colony area; local Egged buses and taxis serve the central bus station and downtown and can drop you within a short ride of the museum.

If you are already in Haifa, use local buses or a short taxi from Haifa Central Bus Station or Haifa’s main railway stations - the museum is a short drive from central Haifa.

• Visit on a weekday afternoon rather than weekend mornings - that avoids the large family groups and school trips that concentrate in the mornings and makes exhibits easier to see.
• Combine a museum visit with a walk down to the nearby Bahá'í Gardens and the German Colony for views and a place to eat afterward, since the sites are within easy walking distance.
