Zifeng Tower (Greenland Center-Zifeng Tower) is a supertall mixed-use skyscraper in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, notable for its height and distinctive stepped form. The tower combines office space, a hotel, retail areas and public viewing facilities and is one of the city’s landmark high-rises.

Visitors use the tower’s observation areas for panoramic views across Nanjing and the urban river corridor; the retail podium provides shops and food outlets at street level. The building’s mixed-use program means it functions as both a commercial hub and a public attraction.

Developed as a flagship high-rise project in the 21st century, the tower was completed and opened around 2010 and was constructed by major developers as part of Nanjing’s urban growth. Its design reflects contemporary supertall construction with a stepped profile and glazed façades.

The tower stands in central Nanjing within the city’s high-rise business district.

• Hotel and office floors: Mixed-use floors containing offices and a hotel, with corporate and hospitality functions occupying the tower’s mid and upper sections.

Zifeng Tower is in Nanjing’s central Xinjiekou commercial district. Take the Nanjing Metro to Xinjiekou Station (Lines 1 and 2) and it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the tower. By car follow main urban arteries into Xinjiekou - there is commercial parking in the area.

• Book tickets for the observation deck in advance and time your visit for late afternoon-sunset provides the best transition from cityscape to night illumination.
• Enter through the tower's ground-level Greenland Center lobby/shopping concourse to reach the elevators for observation, restaurants and hotels; this is the usual route to access upper floors.
• If you want fewer crowds, choose a weekday visit or a late-evening slot after dinner service rushes finish; the LED façade and city-light views are especially striking after dark.
