Zifeng Tower

Zifeng Tower (Greenland Center-Zifeng Tower) is a supertall mixed-use skyscraper in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, notable for its height and distinctive stepped form. The tower combines office space, a hotel, retail areas and public viewing facilities and is one of the city’s landmark high-rises.

Visitors use the tower’s observation areas for panoramic views across Nanjing and the urban river corridor; the retail podium provides shops and food outlets at street level. The building’s mixed-use program means it functions as both a commercial hub and a public attraction.

Developed as a flagship high-rise project in the 21st century, the tower was completed and opened around 2010 and was constructed by major developers as part of Nanjing’s urban growth. Its design reflects contemporary supertall construction with a stepped profile and glazed façades.

The tower stands in central Nanjing within the city’s high-rise business district.
