Yabuli Ski Resort

Yabuli Ski Resort is a major winter-sports complex in northeastern China, located in Heilongjiang province. It is one of the region’s principal alpine centres and serves recreational skiers and organized training programs.

Pistes of varying difficulty, lift-served runs and snow sports facilities are the main draw for visitors, along with on-site hotels and winter-sports schools. The area is used for training by regional and national athletes and hosts competitive events.

Development of the resort dates from the late 20th century as skiing expanded in the region; investments since then have added lift infrastructure and visitor accommodation. The site functions as both a public resort and a training base for Chinese winter-sport teams.

Yabuli sits in the uplands of Heilongjiang in northeastern China, accessed by road or rail from Harbin and other regional centres. It is set in forested mountain terrain that provides the elevation and climate needed for reliable winter snow.
