Wendake is a Huron-Wendat First Nations community and reserve located adjacent to Quebec City that serves as the political and cultural centre of the Huron-Wendat Nation. It is known for its museums, cultural programming and maintenance of Wendat traditions.

The contemporary community grew as the Huron-Wendat people re-established a settled reserve area after centuries of displacement; today it functions as both a living community and a centre for the preservation and interpretation of Wendat heritage.
