Wasatch Mountain State Park is a Utah state park in the Heber Valley near Midway and Heber City, known for its year-round outdoor recreation and a winter-sports venue used in the 2002 Winter Olympics.

The park offers extensive trail networks for hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding in summer and groomed cross-country ski loops and snowshoeing in winter. Campgrounds, picnic areas and equestrian facilities support multi-day stays; a dedicated tubing and ski center operates at the Soldier Hollow section.

The park was developed by the Utah State Parks system to preserve recreational lands in the Wasatch Range and to provide managed outdoor access to the Heber Valley. The Soldier Hollow competition area was prepared and upgraded to host cross-country skiing and biathlon events for the 2002 Winter Olympics and has remained a public sports venue since.

Geographically it sits in the Wasatch Range’s eastern foothills in Wasatch County, on the north side of the Heber Valley. The park lies near the towns of Midway and Heber City and is roughly 30 miles southeast of Salt Lake City by straight line distance.
