By car it’s about 40-50 km north of Budapest (roughly 45-60 minutes) via Route 11; regular regional buses run from Budapest (buses depart from northern Budapest hubs) and some visitors take the suburban train to Szentendre and change to a bus or boat services toward the Danube Bend to reach Visegrád.
