Trizonia is a small Greek island located in the Gulf of Corinth in Central Greece and is notable as the only inhabited island in that gulf. It is a compact, low-rise island with a single main settlement and sheltered coves.

The island is valued for quiet bays and short coastal walks rather than major tourist infrastructure, and it is commonly visited by day boats and small private craft. There are no large roads or commercial ports on the island.

Historically the island has supported a small fishing and seafaring community; patterns of permanent and seasonal habitation have persisted into the present with limited services for residents and visitors.

Geographically Trizonia lies in the central-southern part of the Gulf of Corinth, off the mainland coast of Central Greece. The island is easily reached by small boat from nearby mainland harbors.
