Toompea is a limestone hill and historic district within the medieval Old Town of Tallinn, Estonia, that has long been the seat of political power in the city. How to Get to Toompea

Toompea is in Tallinn’s Old Town, a short walk uphill from Town Hall Square (Raekoja plats). Walk north-east up the cobbled streets from the lower Old Town or take one of several bus routes that stop near Toompea Castle.
