Guests use the tower for panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley from public indoor and outdoor decks and for dining at the revolving Top of the World restaurant. The property was developed as a casino-hotel complex around the tower and opened to the public in the 1990s under its original ownership; it has since operated as a combined hospitality and observation destination. Ownership and branding have changed over time while the tower remained the central feature.
The Strat sits at the northern end of the Las Vegas Strip, adjacent to major surface roads and close to the Sahara Avenue corridor, several miles west of the Fremont Street area in downtown Las Vegas.

How to Get to The Strat #
The STRAT is located at the north end of the Las Vegas Strip on South Las Vegas Boulevard. It’s walkable from the northern Strip hotels or a short taxi/ride-share trip from central Las Vegas. RTC buses also stop nearby on Las Vegas Boulevard.
