The Marina Torch, commonly called The Torch, is a residential skyscraper in the Dubai Marina district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Completed in the early 2010s, it is one of the city’s tall residential towers and forms part of the high-density waterfront skyline.
The building contains a large number of private apartments and supporting residential amenities and has attracted international attention for fire incidents that affected the tower’s external cladding and caused temporary evacuations. Following these events, cladding replacements and safety reviews have been undertaken.
The tower stands within Dubai Marina, a constructed canal and waterfront development along Dubai’s Persian Gulf coast, with direct access to marina promenades, transport links and neighbouring residential and commercial towers.

How to Get to The Marina Torch #
The Marina Torch is in Dubai Marina. By car, follow Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and take the Dubai Marina exit; the tower is on Al Marsa Street along the Marina promenade. By public transit, take the Dubai Metro Red Line to the DMCC/JLT area and change to the Dubai Tram toward Dubai Marina, then walk about 10-15 minutes along the marina promenade to reach the tower.

- Remember The Marina Torch is a residential skyscraper - it's generally not open to visitors, so plan to view and photograph it from the Marina Walk promenade or from a Marina boat cruise rather than expecting public access.
- For skyline photos visit around blue hour from the opposite side of the canal (the Marina Walk/Pier 7 area) to capture the tower illuminated with the rest of the Dubai Marina skyline.
- Avoid weekend and public-holiday evenings if you want less crowded promenades; midweek evenings give easier access to waterfront cafés and unobstructed views of the tower.
