Ocean Heights is a tall residential skyscraper on the Dubai Marina waterfront in the Emirate of Dubai. It is a high-rise apartment tower notable for its height and presence on the marina skyline.

The building accommodates residential units across many floors and includes mixed amenity spaces typical of Dubai Marina towers. Its exterior contributes to the cluster of high-rise developments lining the waterfront and main thoroughfares.

Designed and built as part of the broader Dubai Marina urban project, the tower was completed in the late 2000s to early 2010s and forms part of the marina’s high-density residential corridor.

By car or taxi from Dubai International Airport follow Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) southwest toward Dubai Marina - the trip is typically about 35-45 km and takes roughly 35-50 minutes depending on traffic.

• There's no public observation deck inside Ocean Heights; for skyline views and photography go to the Dubai Marina promenade, JBR Walk or take a short boat cruise on the Marina to photograph the tower from the water at sunset.
• Plan for sunset or blue hour for the best light on the façade and reflections in the canal; daytime is less dramatic and Marina promenades get much busier in the evening.
• If you want an elevated meal or view, look for nearby rooftop restaurants in Dubai Marina or Pier 7 rather than expecting public access inside the building itself.
