The Jordan Museum is the national museum of Jordan located in Amman, established to present the archaeological and cultural history of the country. It opened in 2014 as a modern purpose-built institution.

Permanent galleries present Jordan’s material history from prehistoric times through Islamic and modern periods, with displays that include human figures, pottery, and artifacts spanning millennia. The collection arrangement follows a chronological and thematic narrative across multiple galleries.

The museum was created by the Jordanian government to consolidate major collections and to provide a national venue for archaeological conservation, research and display. Its foundation aimed to centralize artifacts previously held by various institutions and the Department of Antiquities.

The building sits in the central Amman district of Ras al-Ain, within the city rather than on its outskirts, making it accessible from downtown Amman and other central neighbourhoods.
