Best Time to Visit Tarkwa #

Harmattan
November - January · 21°C - 29°C (70°F - 84°F)

Rainy Season
April - October · 24°C - 29°C (75°F - 84°F)
Frequent heavy downpours make dirt roads sloppy; the forest looks spectacular and mosquitoes rise, so plan activities around breaks in the rain.
Hot Season
February - March · 28°C - 33°C (82°F - 91°F)
Shortest, hottest stretch before the rains-sticky heat and strong sun; mornings are best for field visits, afternoons for shade and rest.
